A focus group study on job satisfaction

The alterability of an individual and the business world causes the continuance researches of the needs. Job satisfaction can be defined as to provide an individual's desires, wishes and expectations via job. Job satisfaction which is in inadequate level to maintain the job can be described as job dissatisfaction. It is accepted as normal to reflect many subjects about work directly or indirectly for people who spend lots of their time with their works. In this case, job satisfaction becomes an important condition for the employer, employee and for the social environment. To evaluate this condition whether it supplies or not this condition which provides the continuity to work by affecting the life quality and adherence to an organization is seen as an important necessity.When the studies on the subject are examined, the usage of different methods can easily be seen such as surveys, observations and interviews. Focus group study method was used for the measurement of job satisfaction in this research. The study which aims to expand the efforts to make the same degree of focus group job satisfaction was performed in four stages. It was preferred because it includes the thoughts of the people who form focus group and these thoughts also provide the job satisfaction solutions .The quality of individuals life and the addictiveness to organizations to make them continue their works is known as an important need in terms of which levels. Pilots were chosen from a small group; because of the difficulties of education process and small number of employees in that work. In this case with a difference of the other occupation groups qualitative research was used instead of quantitative research and also analytical generalization was used instead of statistical generalization with using of evolution.This study was anticipated to be a model and to elaborate a theory by using focus group method to all researches in social science area.
