Abstract (EN)
In this study, the role of individual talent on the effect of job satisfaction on organizational productivity is analyzed. Organizational productivity has been tackled in five parts, as productivity notion, historical processes and variety, the elements that effect the productivity and the methods and techniques of increasing the productivity, job satisfaction has been tackled in five parts, as job satisfaction notion and importance of satisfaction, job satisfaction hypothesis, determinent elements of job satisfaction, determinent elements on increasing of organizational productivity, the individual and organizational results of job dissatisfaction, lastly, individual talent has been tackled in two parts, as relation between the skill-based human resources management and organizational productivity and, relation with talent management notion and organizational productivity. The study has been carried on with 200 teachers who give special education at special education and rehabilitation centers which established to train people who need special education on hearing, language and speaking, spastic, cognitive, orthopedic or psychological aspects. Being data collection tools, organizational productivity scale has been evaluated by job satisfaction scale, the scale of using of individual talents. Collected knowledges have been analyzed with the SPSS 21 project. As a result of analyzes, it has been seen that the relation between the individual talent, productivity and job satisfaction is significant. Therefore, it has been evaluated that individual talent and job satisfaction have affected productivity significantly. Besides that, it has been seen that job satisfaction differentiates according to working year of productivity and if they choose the job with a good or bad grace.
