Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between work-life balance and gender equity according to the perspective of school administrators working in public schools.According to the results of the analysis carried out to determine the relationship between the perceptions of the participants' Work-Life Balance and Gender Equity, a low negative significance was observed. It was concluded that as school administrators' perceptions of gender equity is increased, their work-life balance is decreased.
