Abstract (EN)
The risks we may encounter in workplaces where we spend most of our lives and their magnitude are very important for employees. The concept of psychosocial risk is also gradually showing its impact and importance. The well-being level of employees exposed to these risks at work will also vary. Based on this, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between psychosocial risks, resilience and well-being in the workplace. In this context, quantitative research design was used. In the first part, the workplace well-being scale was adapted, and in the second part, the workplace resilience scale was adapted. In the last stage, the relationships between the three concepts were examined. Additionally, the mediating role of resilience between psychosocial risks at work and well-being at work was examined. The adapted Workplace Well-Being Scale, Workplace Resilience Scale and Copenhagen Psychosocial Risk Assessment Scale were used in the study. The sample of the study consisted of people working in the public and private sectors. As a result of the analyses, significant relationships were found between psychosocial risks, well-being at work and resilience at work. In addition, employees' well-being, resilience and psychosocial risk levels at work were examined in terms of demographic variables and significant differences were found between the averages. Finally, the mediating role of resilience at work between workplace well-being and psychosocial risks was found to be significant. It is thought that this study contributes to the literature. All findings obtained were discussed in the light of the relevant literature. KEYWORDS: Psychosocial risks, Workplace well-being, Workplace resilience, Workplace
