Evaluation of İshak Nuri Rizevi's work called "Zubdeul-İzhar" in term of Arabic gramer teaching

In this study, İshak Nuri Rizevi?s work called ?Zubdetu?l İzhâr? has been evaluated in terms of Arabic grammar teaching.In the first part, this unique work which had been written in Arabic and interpreted in the Ottoman Turkish Language, was transformed into the Latin characters in order to be read easily. However, in the second part, It?s aimed to determine the importance of the work in terms of Arabic grammar teaching at the present day. The work has been examined completely by using the deductive method. The information involving the writer?s biography and his works is submitted in the related studies part of this work. Besides some documents that are relevant to him are presented at the appendix of the study.The references that were instructed for Arabic language teaching in Ottoman period serve as the basis of this study. The work called ?Zubdetu?l izhar? is handled as a sample. This work has been compared with Arabic grammar books and the syntax books of present day.As a result of the study, it is stated by the researcher that this work which summarizes the syntax of Arabic language in a certain logical order with a clear and smooth style is a product of a proficient that can be found rarely. The scientific study carried out on this work has contributed positive advantages to the teaching of Arabic language with modern methods.
