Abstract (EN)

Throughout human history, developments in political, cultural, military and economic fields have shaped humanity. Today, this process continues with the developments in the field of energy. In today's world, where green energy and sustainable production gain importance, all the work done, being done and to be done in this field will reshape the world. The dependence of the digitalized world on energy is increasing day by day. The production of energy in the most efficient and cleanest way without harming the Earth, our living space, is one of the most important issues that humanity strives to overcome. For this purpose; There are also initiatives and researches to generate energy in water supply pipelines used to carry water from one point to another. As one of these initiatives, the possibilities of generating energy in the water supply pipeline to be established between the Karadere Water Tunnel and Bolu Drinking Water Treatment Plant are examined within the scope of this thesis. For this purpose, necessary data were collected, a tribune was designed for energy production and an economic analysis of the design was conducted. As a result of the analyses performed, it was estimated that the annual electricity needs of 366 families can be met, and approximately 740 tons of carbon emissions per year can be prevented through an energy tribune to be built on the transfer line with an initial investment cost of 470 thousand dollars.
