The science of tafsir occupied a prominent position and a high degree among all Islamic sciences. To the investigation of a manuscript, which is (Essam Al-Din Al-Asfaraini's footnote on the interpretation of Al-Baydawi by Imam Issam Al-Din Arabshah Al-Asfaraini (d. 951 AH), the study and investigation of "Surat Al-An'am" the study followed the contrastive and comparative approach. Whoever researches the Islamic heritage will be amazed at this amount of scientific treasures of what human minds reached at an early age, as the author Essam El-Din revealed the ambiguities of the words of Judge Al-Baidawi, which showed his personality in balancing between sayings, weighting and choice, and uniqueness with new sayings. After God's success, I brought this valuable book - which is one of the important notes on the interpretation of Al-Baydawi - to the light, after it was a manuscript on the shelves of manuscript libraries. The study recommended the necessity of excavating the manuscripts and clearing the dust from their pages. White hands, minds, and determination are represented by those investigators who have taken upon themselves the responsibility of transferring this trust in an optimal manner. The science of investigation is one of the sciences that we Muslims should pay great attention to. Applicants in the Islamic world, which did not appear from their books.
