Abstract (EN)

Termination of the labor contract by the employer has solid consequences on both employer and employee. Legislature took the both sides of the labor contract under preservation by labor legislation and made particular legislative regulations about the terrmination. Especially, termination without notice by the employer issue has particular regulations. The subject of this study as a master thesis is the termination of the labor contract without notice by the employer due to acts offending good morals which is regulated in the labour law, 4857, 25/II. The study has three stages. At the first stage of the study, the termination of the labor contract has been examined in general and probable causes of the termination of the labor contract and the difference of the valid reasons on the termination and probable causes on the termination has been underlined. At the second stage of the study, valid reasons on the termination of the labor contract without notice by the employer has been examined. At the last stage, the legal consequences of the termination of the labor contract has been examined.
