This study examines the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention of employees working in thermal hotel enterprises. In the study, although it is different in the literature, it is expected that an increase in job satisfaction and avoidance level will reduce turnover, and it has been investigated whether the expected effect exists on the variables. The questionnaire used in the study consists of questions about job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to leave and demographic characteristics. A total of 406 employees working in thermal hotel enterprises in Afyonkarahisar province participated in the study. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS package program. In the study, Reliability analysis, regression analysis, T-test and ANOVA tests were applied to examine the relationship between the demographic characteristics of thermal hotel employees and their job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. After the correlation analysis with ANOVA, Dunnett T3, Tukey and Scheffe techniques were used as Post-Hoc test. According to the results of the analysis, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, intention to leave, demographic characteristics (gender, age, education level, marital status, number of children, working time, working time at current job, monthly income status and department) of the employees working in thermal hotels in Afyonkarahisar provinces.
