Abstract (EN)
Productivity is known to be an important element in every aspect of life. Throughout history, a variety of theories and applications have been introduced to improve productivity. In this study, it was aimed to investigate which factors and to what extent affect labor productivity. After examining the socio-economic factors affecting labor productivity, wages and the effect of technology on labor productivity were tested. Regression analysis was used to measure the effect size. Wages and technology have a positive effect on productivity; In addition, the 94-95, 2001-2002, 2008-2009 and 2016 crisis periods were found to have a negative impact on productivity.
