Abstract (EN)

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, briefly Isil, the official name of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or Islamic state which is neighbors of Turkey and Syria, is armed groups active in Iraq and name of unrecognized state. The group generally consists of different rebel groups such as the Sunni community, the Mujahideen Council, al-Qaeda, Jaysh al-Fatiheen, Jund al-Sahaba, Katbian Ansar al-Tawhid al-Sunnah, Jeish al-Taiifa al-Mansoura, and continues their policies with the support of them. The main objective of the organization is to establish the caliphate in Iraq and other regions, especially where the sunni population is intense. ISIL is considered to be one of the richest illegal armed groups in the world by way of its proximity to oil resources where rich oil wells under control. This group is held responsible for the deaths of thousands of civilian Iraqi and Iraqi government members and their international allies.
