So as to make the matters minimize about the recovering of hearing loss, the active usage of hearing deviceses and the problems about hearing device, effective evaluation survey is needed. The goal of this study is to adapt the ?APHAB? hearing aid evaluation survey into Turkish and identify the validity-reliability. At first, the adaptation study of scale was done for Turkish. In the first stage, the language adaptation was performed. The scale for language adaptation was both translated from English to Turkish and from Turkish to English and mutually comfirmed by 3 specialists. In the second stage, datas were collected in order to test the validity and reliability of the scale. 290 people, attending the survey, were analized in point of the answers they gave in the cases they were with the hearing aid and without it. The Cronbach's Alpha value was found as 0,88 by the answers given by them when they were without it. However, the Cronbach's Alpha value was detected as 0,93 in the evaluation when people were with hearing aid. With these results, the answers the patients gave who attended the survey in both situation, with the hearing aid and without it, put forth that our scale is clearly advanced and reliable. As a result, ?APHAB-TR? was observed to be a reliable scale and perform for different people and in different cases, to evaluate the advantage obtained from hearing aid.Key words: Hearing Aid, Evaluation Survey, Benefit
