Abstract (EN)
In this study, has been researched effectiveness of promotional activities. it will be investigated how the enterprises have access to hearing-impaired people, the disadvantaged consumers and the deficiencies. Face to face questionnaires were conducted with the hearing impaired as a research method than the collected data have been analysed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23. In view of that data analysed relationship between the degree of hearing loss and hearing aid use. It was determined. Dealing with hearing impaired individuals using a hearing aid, using an internet communication channel and communicating by speaking. It was observed that according to the ability to establish. Education, it can be said that according to the difference. Promotion activities does not differ according to age and gender.
