Abstract (EN)
This research is both descriptive and inferential. SPSS 20 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Frequency analysis as statistical analysis method is shown in tables. Therefore descriptive statistical techniques (frequency analysis, tables and graphs) and correlation analysis were used. AFAD, fire brigade, hospital and Limakport personnel involved in the organization of the intervention phase are exposed to disasters due to their purpose and service areas. The distribution of the participants by gender is 34.3% for women and 65.7% for men. When the distribution by institutions is examined, the rate of AFAD employees is 14.3%, the rate of fire brigade employees is 36.2%, the rate of Limakport employees is 11.4%, while the rate of hospital personnel is 38.1%. The rate of people who received CBRN training was 35.2%, 64.8% did not receive training. The presence perception of AFAD and Limakport employees is significantly higher than fire brigade and hospital personnel. The risk perception and readiness perception level of those who have CBRN training is significantly higher than those who do not receive CBRN training. For the perception of risk; The risk perception level of engineers for first responders in CBRN incidents is significantly lower than other occupational groups. The perception of presence of nurse, branch manager (AFAD) and operations supervisor is significantly higher than that of engineers. The level of perception of presence of those who have CBRN experience is significantly higher than those who do not experience CBRN.
