Işikli gölde, real – ti̇me pcr tekni̇ği̇ i̇le i̇ki̇ amfi̇bi̇ patojeni̇ (batrachochytrium dendrobatidis ve ranavirus (iridoviridae))'ni̇n yayginliğinin i̇lk kez saptanmasi

In this research, two amphibian pathogens were identified on endemic Pelophylax caralitanus which is located in Isıklı Lake in Çivril, Denizli and listed as Near Threatened (NT) on Red List by IUCN and also known as to be decreasing, using the Real – Time PCR (quantitative PCR, qPCR) technique. That two amphibian pahtogens are Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis and Ranavirus (Frog virüs, FV-3). Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis causes Chytridiomycosis and Ranavirus (Frog virüs, FV-3) causes Red – Leg deadly disases. In Işıklı Lake, presence or absence of that pathogen organisms was determined for the first time using qPCR technique with specific primers. For detection Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis, 67 samples were collected In field studies of 2013 from 4 localities of lake and 21 samples of that 67 samples were determined as positive. For detection Ranavirus, 49 samples were collected and studied with two different primer pairs that are MCP and IE primers. At the result of this studies using with MCP and IE primers, respectively 8 and 9 positives results have been taken. Consequently, that two deadly pathogens which responsible extiction of amphibians; Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) fungi and Ranavirus (Iridoviridae) are threat to endemic Pelophylax caralitanus.
