The prayer law of obtacles in the law of islam

The notions like infirmity, disablement, defectiveness and differnece between these notions whose dispersion is frequently encountered in the world doesn't make any sense in daily life. The things which are important for us are not the concepts defining individual's positions, but the concepts they need different service necessities compared to healty individuals. Becoming aware of disabled individuals` necessities and effecting the services which will be supplied to them and rising its qualities take vital importance. However it is said, the things that are important are to be able to understand them, to reduce their obstacles to minimum and to supply the social insight by showing the social solidaritiy to the utmost. Like in the world, there is also a bodily, mentally, psychologically disabled population in our country whose problems and necessities were not exactly defined. Because of the fact that disablement phenomenon is an occasionally situation forcing human`s perception and mind and even sometimes exceeding these, it is very hard to try to explain and percept this with the human perception. As each person was created with a different ability and nature, the eminent Allah held the human responsible for the issues which they can do, and ordered them to be in good solidarity with each other by putting special rules regarding to the disabled. This thesis aims at enlightening disabled individuals life and their worships as a facilitating guide. Owing to the developing and changing social phenomenon, an exact togetherness concept couldn't have been formed yet, and therefore it doesn't cover the disablement in details. But various concepts have been used in this thesis and thesis tackles these notions with the regarding verse of the Koran and Hadith whether they have overlapping and decomposing sides, and taking part of legistlation in many laws, evaluating and classifying disablement in religious point of view, responsibilities and facilities brought to the disabled in the Koran and in Sunna. And it also pay attention to the problems that the disabled have with the fulfilment of their worships, and clears up the issues forming hesitation on the related individual and the worships that everyone is responsible for in their limit of power. While we were doing this work, by paying attention to disabled individual's being a normal member of the society like any other healthy member of the society, we tried to tackle and put forth the basic norms in Islam law and the existence of the verse of Koran and Hadith, the formation of worship law and the Islamic rules in the field of Prayer (namaz), pilgrimage to Macca and sacrifice. First of all, to be able to do evaluations about their today's situations, we handled the speciments that Islam ordered to protect and support them, by mentioning this among the most important values. Our Prophet Hz. Muhammad (s.a.s) always recommended us lay claim to many ill, disabled, needy, helpless, feeble and poor people. And he also tried to relieve their problems in terms of materialistic and moral things. He always expressed that they are part of the society. As a result, we would like to say that the Islam considers them without giving importance, when evaluating people, according to their physical features, colours, sexuality, race, richness, poverty, their being healty or disabled. The value of human in the eye of Allah, human is the most perfect and superior creature ever created, is only according to good moral, worships, suitable deeds and his faith that he can do. Moreover, as the difficulties that human has, can occur because of his negligence and fault, it can also originate without having any negligence and fault of them. These can also originate from various reasons. We tried to present all these things that necessitate patient and endurance as a summery with the verse of Koran and Hadith comprehensibly and in a scientific way. The disablement phenomenon that all the societies try to understand and interpret it by showing efforts will be on the humanity's agenda today and in the future. And we got the result that this phenomenon is not a situation that interests only disabled individual, but also all humanity, because of the fact that each individual is a disablement candidate. The comments done here are today's comments. The comment that will be done in the future will be different due to the changing and developing conditions.
