Abstract (EN)
This research entitled " Stages of making fasting obligatory in Islamic fiqh and discussions about it " revolves around the response of objections, suspicions and doubts about the hypothesis of an aspect of Islam, namely, the fasting of the month of Ramadan, so that in our time there are some people under different names who talk about this subject, which is the fast of the month of Ramadan and objects to it and say, that the fasting of Ramadan is not an obligation and that the Muslim ones have a choice of whether or not to fast and not this only some of them even claim that fasting is an expiation for sins and others claim that fasting in Ramadan harms the human body and some others say that fasting reduces Muslims' production and causes laziness and a reason for profusion for some, and some of them are considered fasting a hardship on the servants, the human being does not bear to fast all day long, and some of them object to fasting for the time of entry and end of the month, and with the help of God we will discusses this subject in a practical and neutral way and also discuss all the statements and opinions regarding the objections of fasting and we will respond to them based on the evidence that are mentioned in the Qur'an and sunnah, and show the statements of the scholars and the interpreters of the suspicions and objections mentioned.
