Abstract (EN)
Islam wanted the use and consumption of the things necessary for the individual to continue his life in the world in a permissible way. What is required of every human being is to work with his own labor and spend it by earning. Islam, people's shopping, rental, etc. It also allowed him to make paid contracts. Islam encourages some cooperation as obligatory, some as obligatory, and some as reward for those who either do not have the opportunity to work or those who have the opportunity but are not enough for themselves and their families. If it is not possible and sufficient for him to work and earn, he may become unable to continue his life. He can beg until he is able to work again or until people help. Begging is the last means of earning, that is, a license that is allowed in cases of necessity. An authorized license cannot be converted into a profession in obligatory circumstances. Things that are taken from people by exploiting their feelings when they do not need it are described as malignant (dirty) by our scholars. The main thing is that the person himself works and maintains his life. If he is poor and needy, Allah (c.c.) has made zakat obligatory, and zakat is given to him by the rich. Apart from the obligatory zakat, he is given al-fitr alms once a year. Other times, benevolent people help him in different ways. Keywords: Work, Gain, Ownership, Beggin, Islam, Islamic Law.
