Abstract (EN)

After the death of the Prophet Muhammed, his daughter Hz. Fatıma went to the Caliph Abu Bakr and asked for her father's inheritance. Therefore Hz. Abu Bakr quoted what the Prophet said to him: "We, the community of prophets, do not leave an inheritance. It is the charity that we left behind." He rejected Fatıma by saying he heard the word from the Prophet. There have been various rumors about this issue and there have been those who stated different opinions among the scholars. In addition, the issue of whether the prophets could inherit or not became a current issue, and comments were made on the verses related to the subject. Among the sects, Shia scholars, who argue that Fatıma should be inherited, and Ahl-i Sunnah scholars, who argue that the Prophets will not inherit, have brought remarkable evidence to the subject. In addition, there are scholars who express an equable view among sects. Also, there are some who believe that it is inconvenient to comment on the subject and that it is necessary to stay away from expressing an opinion. Keywords: Fedek, Feraiz, Ahl as-Sunnah, Shia
