Abstract (EN)
Masjid, as a concept, refers to the temples of the religion of Islam. Mosques and masjids have changed and developed throughout history. Since the time of the Prophet, they have been used for many purposes other than being a place of worship. The construction of mosques and masjids was encouraged and special provisions were applied. In terms of Islamic law, the conditions under which the provisions of the mosque are applied have been researched and compared with the law in force. At the same time, subjects such as the administration, financial situation and officials of mosques and masjids were also examined. In this study, while the conceptual framework of mosques and masjids is examined separately, it has been used in the same sense from the first chapter. While examining the situation of mosques and masjids in terms of Islamic law, the Hanafi sect, one of the sects of the Islamic legal system, was taken as the basis, and the views of other sects were also included in relevant cases. In terms of positive law, masjids have been examined with the laws, statutes and regulations in force.
