Abstract (EN)

The great exchange of benefits between people today entails debts. Many are not without being a creditor or debtor, but have already found institutions based on dealing with debts, and many banks, financial institutions and companies are not without debts, as well as their capital is debt. This research focused on dealing with companies' debts and their impact on their capital, in the following order: Preliminary research: included the concept of debt, its causes, and risks of expansion. Chapter I contains: the concept of capital (language and terminology), its types (used in contemporary time), and types of debt (personal, commercial, social, non-existent and questionable). Chapter II includes: Disposals of companies' debts and judgements (in which: buying and selling debts, salam debt, making debt the case of the capital of salam, debt reconciliation, debt insurance, loan exchanges, debt scheduling and compensation for delays in debt repayment). Chapter III contains: Impact of debt volume on companies' capital and related issues (The impact of corporate debt on the entry and exit of one of its partners, the impact of moral asset valuation on corporate capital, the impact of increased debt on corporate equity trading, the impact of bad debt return after deduction of profits, corporate capital safety, corporate bankruptcy and liquidation and its impact on capital). The research examines the implications of corporate debt, whether or not debt is in doubt, how it is dealt with, the mechanism for assessing moral assets and its impact on capital, how debt is disposed of in and out of some corporate partners, and the effects of partners' insolvency on their debt and its link to partners' personal funds, which has had an impact on companies of all kinds in contemporary financial crises; Some of them declared bankruptcy because of their debts and others called for their termination to solve the resulting problems. related to the realities of today's people; Access to
