Because some jurist say that the rule of personality isn't mentioned in modern time and the Islamic Law and they defend that Islamic Law lost. There has been the rule of personality since past, even thas got 1 -2 century in the past. Even in the classic of Roma government and these days, a being formed of existence is know like the rule of personality from the past. The mast important example is the pious foundation. Even, the european of the 1 9 th century, it is said that pious foundation is very attractive to reach the rule of personality. Now, this research for Islamic knowledge is prepared to produce the rule of personality and this thaught is the most important.
