Uprising against the president in the context of the public benefit in Islamic law

This research discusses an issue that occupies the minds of people The issue is is the revolt against the ruler. This issue had been discussed in the first part of this research through looking at the fundamental rules and the religious evidences. The revolt against the ruler attracted by two fundamental rules, every rule proves the revolt against the ruler: The purposes of law which precedes the protecting of religion to the rest of necessities and warding off corruption takes precedence over bringing benefits. The research, also, showed chained samples from Islamic history of of revolt against rulers and their causes ad sayings of scholars towards them. The second part of the research is a practical sample of it. The Syrian revolution was a practical ruling the right to revolt against the ruler. The research discussed all the sides which affect ruling such as religion learning, health care, security, economic, freedom and services .before and after the beginning of the Syrian revolution to the mean time. After the comparison audit and inference (reasoning), we reached to the rule: to revolt against the ruler of Syria in private and in most of the Arab World because of the ruling and the causes and the diseases which are common among the Islamic Arab countries.
