Competition and award in Islamic law

In this study entitled Competition and Award in Islamic Law, we have discussed this issue in order to know the provisions of the Competition and Award in Islamic Law and the provisions of today's competitions, which the researcher and the man want to know and which do not have any independent Turkish work. This research is also evidence against those who say that Islamic Law is not suitable for this century. Islam is also an answer to those who claim that religion does not attach importance to physical education and sport. Our thesis consists of five main chapters. In the first part, the definition and legitimacy of the Competition in Islamic Law; Kitab, Sunnah and icma evidences, thesis, books, studies, works and fatwas and findings given by international fatwa committees. In the second part, the rules, conditions, awarding, contract binding and cancellation reasons of the Race Contract are discussed. In the third section, animals, vehicles, competition through running, wrestling, boxing, judo, karete, weight lifting, swimming, science and culture competitions, ball competitions and games played with two people and the end of the episode were evaluated. In the fourth part, shooting contract, its description, rules, conditions, parts, hits, the struggle between two groups and the reasons for the cancellation of the shooting contract are presented. In the fifth chapter, the definition, legitimacy, aim, evil rules of the award, types and presentation of the award in Islamic Law are discussed and evaluated. As a result, we have presented the provisions, types, rules and conditions about the Competition and the Award in the Islamic Law. the Islamic Religion encourages the competition and the award unless it is involved in gambling, This research is also a response to those who claim that Islam does not attach importance to physical education and sport.
