Özet (EN)

In Central Asia, the first period Turkish states and the Chinese dynasty lived as their neighbors for a long time. Starting with the Gokturks and the Uighurs, the Turkish states of the period were occasionally plundering in order to procure the materials they needed from China, an established agricultural society. Over time, the Turks grew stronger in Central Asia and became an important competitor for China. When the Chinese administration decided that it could not be cope with the strong rival, it started to look for ways to get rid of it by applying different methods. Chinese emperors sent to the land of the Hun princess, traveler, cleric, merchant, physician and envoy and so on. they engaged in intense intelligence activities through special spy spies. The Huns, although not as intense as the Chinese, seem to attach importance to espionage and intelligence activities. Spying activities have existed throughout the history of humanity. Therefore, the Chinese Palace and the Hun Turks touched on their foreign diplomacy according to the information coming from the spies working on their behalf. When the events between the two communities are evaluated in this period, it is seen that the Chinese divided the Hun Turks into two parts and then provoked these parts against each other. In this way, the Huns founded the state with great troubles, spy and intelligence activities, effectively using them to destroy them again. In order to accomplish all of this, Chinese spies who have been javelin in the territory of the Hun and have followed the steps of the Turks have seen an important process.
