Özet (EN)

Although consumption emerged in the sense of meeting people's needs, modern consumption has taken this situation to different points. The system that constantly encourages the culture of consumption virtually encourages consumption to be consumed. This situation has brought about changes in individuals' consumption habits. As a result of the changes, consumer behavior has become a process involving systematic research. Consumers are influenced by many factors when making purchasing decisions. Cultural values and religious beliefs among these factors affect the consumption structures of individuals in the purchasing process. This study, which seeks an answer to the question of how religious values affecting the consumption phenomenon shape the consumption patterns of the individual, aims to reveal how consumers behave within the framework of their demographic characteristics, especially according to the level of Islamic commitment. The impact of the concept of waste on consumption and naturally on the economy is also examined. The research is data obtained by conducting one-on-one interviews with individuals with Islamic devotion through qualitative research methods to be carried out on a sample selected in Yozgat province. 2023, xii+124 Page Keywords: Marketimg, Consumer behavior, Consumption, Islamic adherence, Overconsumption, Halal product.
