Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the credit methods in the Islamic banking system, how these methods work, and the types of loans offered by participation banking operating in the Islamic banking system in our country. In this study, the history of Islamic banking, the reasons of birth, the reasons of spread to the world, the place of interest in Islam, the differences between interest and profit, the types of interest, the losses are examined. Islamic banking in the later stages of the study and application forms with the participation banks in Turkey the world operating in Turkey were discussed. In the last part of the study, the products in the participation banking system, which operates in our country, have been examined with the credit methods in the Islamic banking system. As a result of the study, it has been seen in the Islamic banking system that there is a range of products that can appeal to an audience as much as in the conventional banking system and that these products directly affect the development of countries. In addition, it has been observed that the funds of interest sensitive individuals have been brought to economy through Islamic banking system.
