VI ABSTRACT The importance of an personal in a business enterprise has been understood more and more better since the classical approach assumed human an element addition to machines. To keep on their existence steadily, business enterprises in competition atmosphere of today fell obliged to produce suitable goods and services for their employees. The main purpose of business enterprises is to maximize their profit. Due to the fact that business enterprises reach to their goals with their employeess effort, activitiy and productivity depends on employees. Personal is the most valuable existence of a business enterprise. Business enterprises in developed countries take pride in investment to their employees. Because, it is known that when personals are able to know themselves better, able to be motivated to success and able to present their ideas and proposals, they provide a great valueadded to that business. Besides this, when personel communicates with his surroundings and understands better, his satisfaction and dependence on company will increase. When personalty development of emloyees and reaching perfection of them is ensured, it will be possible for that company to be succesfiil and to reach its goals. In the first part of this study, main concepts related to personality, personal differences and personal development are examined. In the second part, the human factor, personal development of employees are considered. The organizational results of personal development are explained.
