A study on the relationship between communication in a company and job satistaction in logistics sector

Within the scope of this work, the relation between the communication and jobsatisfaction has been examined analysing a company questionnaire. In the beginning, the concept of '"communication" has been introduced detailly and well-known, common communication models have been put over correspondingly.In the second part of this work, the job satisfaction concept has been touched on. The affects of -"the qualification of the job. satisfaction from management and colleagues, salary satisfaction, satisfaction from job environment and working conditions, the impression of the company that is perceived by the people outside"-on the job satisfaction have been examined in detail. In this way. main information for the titles of the questionnaire applied on the company, was manifested.In the last part, a field survey has been put in a place. Within this survey, the "questionnaire" has been chosen as a methodology and the extracted data has been formed and analysed using SPSS 11.0 in terms of frequency and normal distribution analysis. On the result of this survey, it has been analysed whether a meaningful relationship among the job satisfaction concept and communication in company, job environment, managerial approach (the leadership), awarding & recognition policy. the salary policy, and external perception of the company exist or not.It's founded that there are some statistically meaningful relationships took placeamong these factors, which have been covered and expressed in the scope of this partadditionally.Keywords : Communication.
