Trademark is a type of industrial property that introduces the goods of producers or salers. It is a combination of names, terms, symbols and shapes that gains distinctiveness among others. The aim of this study is to evaluate the preservation of trademark registration with the objective of enterprises via Turkish Trademark Law 556. In this study, some of statistical datas has been evaluated, the cases related to Turkish Trademark Law 556 has been analysed in the view of cause and effect relation in Ankara Intellectual ve Industrial Properties Civil Court and also some tables has been constituted. These datas has showed that the firms benefiting from preservation of trademark registration has became widespread. Additionaly, these firms have more cases resulted positvely when they utilize Turkish Trademark Law 556. Therefore, we suggest all of the Trademark owners to register thier trademarks for the most effective protection.
