The Internalization process in the firms

International Business is a search area that has many dimension which blong to Business Administration Science. The aim of this study is research that internationalization process of the firms and effects of this process on the structure of firms. Internationalization process of the firms is a process that include some stages which should be made by the menegers of the firms. This subsequently stages which found with reaserch, provide a successfull internationalization for the firms. This study focused on structual evolution of the firms on the internationalization process. For that reason, international business environment was explained in the first part. In the second part, internationalization process was described, in the light of theoretical evolutions. In addition, internationalization methods was explained. In the last part, firstly Turkey's general approach to international business was examined. After that, the position of Turkish firms on the internationalization process was examined in the light of internationalization process of the firms theory. At the and of this study, facilitative factors of joining in a network (industrial) for small and medium sized firms was discussed. And discussed that this could be model for Turkish firms. Industrial networks create a hierarchical structure on the international production chain. The firms has been joined in this chain with contractual manufacturing agreements, could improve their productions for international competition, and find a chance for estimate their strengths and weakness. In addition they could be successful on the internationalization process via rise on this chain by creating new brands, designes and technological innovations.
