Abstract (EN)
In this study, managerial effectiveness and it?s measurement?s issue has been investigated.Despite being lots of studies about organizational effectiveness, there aren?t enough studies about managerial effectiveness so selected to this study is very important as a thesis study.In real, all over the world effectiveness especially managerial effectiveness issue is gained importance nowadays.Organizations have objectives and they must be able to real their objectives to continue their lives.In this point, managers are very important and each organization needs Professional managers.Becouse managers who are persons gather labour, naturel resources and capital rationally to be able to materialize the organization?s objective.Features which effective managers must be carried are mentioned in this study step by step.The first and second sections provide the theoretical framework.In the third section of the study is involved the inquiry study.In this section is tried to explain which an effective manager must be carried features.Being used lots of various sources, studies and graphics to explain managerial effectiveness issue.
