Abstract (EN)
All businesses try to maximize their profits in order to maintain their assets and grow and develop. The achievement of this depends on the fact that the enterprises carry out their activities in the most effective and efficient ways and methods possible. One of the important components in the total costs of today's businesses is the cost elements derived from logistics activities. This study examines the logistic activities of enterprises with the job analysis method; to be organized and designed in such a way that it can be done most effectively and efficiently in terms of time and method studies. Within the scope of the study, logistics activities of a large scale cereal production companies which operates in Gaziantep were collected. Collected data were analyzed by job analysis method and a new method was proposed for the process that the related activities formed. As a result of the study, the new process proposed and proven to increase the efficiency and efficiency of the business is presented. The method and conclusions that are observed in this study are thought to be of the benefit of all businesses with similar activities.
