Abstract (EN)
The banks develope new credit evaluation models for the most effective and efficient placement of the limited funding, which examine firms' non-financial data as well financial data to identify for each firm a credit note (rating). With the entry of our country in the process of Basel II, banks' credit allocation process have begun to use modules based on credit rating note in place of conventional financial analysis and information work. In this way, the problems by the principal and interest payments of the loans granted will there be assessed, but also the credit disbursement conditions are determined by detected credit rating note and the factors such as the amount of the loan, maturity, pricing and collateral become clarity. How the financial and non financial data that determine firms' ability to access financing at the right time and in accordance with the conditions affect the credit rating note is emphasized in this study and in this context the firms' in Afyonkarahisar are examined.
