The effect of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System applications on the quality of educational institutions

An organization or organization needs to be accountable and auditable to ensure that it operates effectively and efficiently. The institution or organization establishes a management system for the continuous improvement system, and if it continues, there is no reason not to achieve success. This research was conducted to determine the effects of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System applications on educational institutions. In the course of the research, the works written about the subject were examined and the questionnaires were conducted with the managers, teachers and other employees in the schools that have received the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificate. In order for the subject to be better understood, it has been done to evaluate the purpose of this large number of informants' researches and not to distort the essence. The research was carried out between 01.09.2014 and 10.09.2014 on a total of 100 administrators, teachers and other employees working in the schools that have received ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certificates in the provinces of Kadikoy, Çekmeköy and Sultanbeyli. Data collected for the study were analyzed using SPSS package program. The questionnaire consists of 47 questions. The survey was conducted in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certification, the number of executives, teachers and other employees working in schools, whether they are working in a school that has received ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System certification, Values ​​such as the study period of the school that received the 2008 Quality Management System Certificate were examined.
