Abstract (EN)

Many studies are performed in the sulfonylamide derivative compounds known to possess various biological activities, such as the sulfonylamide compound, antiulcer, antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer, antitumor. In this study, derivatives of 1,3-dioxo-2- (4-sulfodioxylphenyl) isoindoline-5-carboxylide acid were synthesized in the first step by using alkylation reactions with alkyl halides in the first step. The structures of the products we synthesized were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS spectra. Enzyme activities of synthesized sulfonamide compounds were investigated.
