Abstract (EN)
Istanbul Strait Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara to the one that connects the waterway because it is of strategic importance, history and cultural values, biological corridor to be in the nature of meteorological, hydrographic, oceanographic features and the Black Sea countries into world markets, connects the main trade route because it is the world's busiest and dangerous water is one of the ways. Montreux Convention every year since the increased number of ships passing through the strait and millions of people's life and property safety, and throat that threatens the ecology has reached. Middle East oil and gas reserves in the Caspian Sea; Danube-Rhine, Danube-Main as internal waters with the Maine-Volga-Baltic, Don-Volga inland waterway and canal opening with the Black Sea countries, the only way out that through the throat carriage, throat tanker traffic increases further. This raises the risk of accidents tanker ship. In the past many ships on the Bosporus tanker accidents have occurred, this is life, property, environment raises serious issues in terms of the biological corridor to be the throat, and was brought to the point of exhaustion. Also on the Bosporus 90 thousand dwt and above the transition, additional emphasis will be, weather conditions and dangerous situations throat vessel traffic shut down your throat at the entrance of vessels lead to a crash although for vessels has an additional cost. Turkey's position as an energy corridor due to sore ship tanker traffic is expected to increase further in the coming years. Therefore, parallel to the Bosphorus waterway project was commissioned a second. The main purpose of this study, a second parallel to the Bosphorus waterway of the Canal Istanbul Project done is to determine the cause. In addition, the implementation of the project from its effect on the region chosen was to examine four issues. The study is in the collection of information from written sources attribute content research was carried out using basic research methods.
