Activity structure control companies in Istanbul encaunter intended for application problems and intended for solution suppestions research

Safe buildings are one of the natural right and vital requirement of human life. All researches shown and proved that people are killed by unstable and unconrolled buildings not by earthquakes. In order to maintain the stability and keep the audit over the constructions 4708 enumarated law about the construction audit and related rules and and regulations on fundametantals and applications effectuated and started to be applied in 19 pilot cities after issuance on 13 july 2001 dated official paper.This research has been done to identify the issues and problems coming up against the construction audit firms and to find the solutions for them.In this research a questionairre has been conducted among construction audit firms to identify the matters from first hand and to find out their approach and evaluations and to generate solution about them.It is clear that we are unable to maintain a healthy audit and supervision over the contruction field by the current rules and regulations. So the concerned ministry and authorities have started a new work to have and maintain a better and healtier audit over the constructions after the intensive complains about the confronted situvations.
