Resources of the problems are seen to be external according to them. Compared with women, men are more optimistic for the thought of an existing common vision in schools. They also own more system thought and are more skilled for doing teamwork. Perceptions differentiate for the goodness of elder and more experienced administrators and teachers in all diciplines. Most of the directors don?t have any education about the management of education or they do have one that?s not enough. Some of the suggestions of the reseach are as follows: A learning company culture should be formed in schools. Internal education programs should be redesigned by being implemented more frequently, in order to compensate the needs of attendants and be more desirable. Suitable circumstances that require teamwork should be provided for teachers and teamwork should be supported. Decisions of teachers should be considered in order to formulate a sharing vision in schools. Key Words : Learning organization, learning, organizational learning, learning school
