Comparative analysis of the notations of the twenty-six kütahya folk songs in the TRT THM repertoire of İstanbul conservatory

Abstract (EN)

In this research, it was aimed to reveal the similarities and differences between the two sources by reviewing the archives of the Kütahya province in compilation of written archives (Istanbul Conservatory Notebooks and TRT Repertoire). For this purpose, the Istanbul Conservatory Compilation Books and TRT THM Repertoire in the Kütahya folk songs were examined and structural analysis was made. The 27 Kütahya folk songs found in the compilation books of the Istanbul Conservatory; TRT is limited to 41 folk songs found in the THM repertoire. In the examination of TRT THM repertoire of 7 Turkish folk songs belonging to Kütahya, 8 folk songs belonging to Kütahya region and 11 Turks belonging to Kütahya in İKDD were found to be similar to 33 different regions belonging to different regions and regions belonging to Kütahya. In the comparison of Turks, firstly, the name of the folk songs, the first words, the region, repertoire no, the date of compilation, the source person, notation, decision sound, equipment and method properties were made according to the analysis. The obtained data are examined in tables and graphs and are indicated in the findings and comments section. In the next stage of the study, the assemblies of the Istanbul State Conservatory and the lyrics of the folk songs in the TRT repertoire were evaluated in tables. In this sense, the words of 40 Turks, which are subject to matching in both sources, were evaluated mutually. According to the results of the evaluation of the folk songs of Kütahya-Kütahya region (İKDD 7 - TRT THM 8); When we look at the results of Kütahya-other regions (İKDD 11 - TRT THM 33), it is seen that there are great differences in the words of folk songs. It was also determined that TRT THM notes were frequently used. It is determined that the notes are not used to a great extent in the notes included in the review books. In both groups (Kütahya-other regions) among the songs in the TRT THM repertoire of some of the songs in the repertoire has been found to be in the connection sections. When the review books were examined, it was observed that folk songs were less in the continent number, whereas in TRT THM notes, the lyrics of folk songs were found to be in higher continent numbers compared to the compilation books.
