Abstract (EN)
In recent years health data are recorded in many countries. These large amount of data is provided information by monitoring HIV and tuberculosis incidences at a given time. As the global transport network develops, infectious diseases spread rapidly, as well. These circumstances impose an obligation to take precautions. TB is the most common infection which cause of death among patients with HIV. Although HIV infection has not had a cure yet, it is crucial to keep it under control. This thesis explicating statistical process control charts for measurement and attributes data. Monitoring the HIV and TB incidences between the years of 1990 – 2016 in the European countries, analysis the data and plotting the pertinent control chart. The data was analyzed for underdispersion and overdispersion by graphical method. Laney P or Shewhart P control charts are plotted according to the result of analysis. The plotted control graphs were interpreted to determine whether the countries were under control against HIV and TB infection.
