The relationship between creativity at work and workplace happiness

This thesis analyzes the impact of creative thinking and activities on employee happiness in the workplace. This study seeks to examine the impact of a creative work environment on employees' job satisfaction, motivation, productivity, and overall psychological well-being. Creativity is posited to enhance employees' sense of value, bolster their devotion to their tasks, and foster inventive solutions. A creative work environment enhances the working atmosphere by alleviating stress levels. Regarding the research methodology, this study relies solely on written sources. It is structured through an in-depth analysis of the literature and existing theories. To explore the relationship between creativity and workplace happiness, various academic articles, books, reports, and previous studies were reviewed. The findings from these sources strongly support the idea that creative workplaces enhance employees' job satisfaction and psychological well-being. The data obtained from the literature review highlight how creative work cultures can positively influence employees' overall happiness at work. This thesis aims to provide a deeper understanding of the contribution of a creative work environment to workplace happiness.
