Abstract (EN)
Organizations need to develop new tools as a result of global competition, rapid transformation in information technology and changing market conditions. Management science aims to strengthen these tools' corporate structure and to create new tools derived from the theoretical structures.Outsourcing is one of the tools frequently used by organizations recently. This approach, examined by various theories like transaction cost approach and resource dependency approach, is evaluated rather in terms of the costs to the organization.Outsourcing has created new working relationships that need to be evaluated. The loyal employees' significant contribution to the performance of the organization have been important at this point.In this study, subcontractor personnel issues and their attitudes are examined in terms of organizational commitment. According to the findings of the study, which contains a case study made through public institutions, due to being obliged to work to sustain their lives, subcontractor employees 'organizational commitment is not changed by the demographic factors and they trust in the main employers' organizations.Key Words:1.Outsourcing2.Organizational Commitment3.Double Organizational Commitment4.Organizational Theories
