The alternative rights of the principal and his burdens in order to use these right are indicated with in the effect of defected work.The first part of the thesis, regarding the elements of the job contract previously. the job contract is examined generally. After that, the parties of the job contract that principal anc contractor is examined.The second part of the thesis the obligations of contractor is defined and confronted with the other obligations of contract.When in the third part of the thesis, conditions that to be required in order to be existence obligation of warranty is examined, in the fourth part, the object which obligations that required to fulfill by the principal is examined.İn our study, fifth part deal with the rights of principal in details, and the last and sixth part of the thesis, previosuly, annihilation of warranty according to result of principal acts and provisions of lapse of time concerning to rights that arise from warranty are examined in details
