Employer's obligation to provide occupational health and safety and occupational health and safety services work (Business) outside supply

Occupational health and safety is a discipline that aims to protection of employee's health and it is believed the protection of employee is within this scope as a priority. To employers, impose a number of responsibilities and obligations imposes the employers providing health and safety environment to their employer. The main objective of this study is evaluating the development of the legal regulations and current implementations of the occupational health and safety which are outsourced by the employers. Within the context of this purpose; the regulations in the occupational health and safety in Turkey and the provisions that are accepted by the international area about this issue are examined. Also, it is referred some implementations from different countries that can be example of outsourcing the occupational health and safety services. It would be appropriate the express that; although there are some advantages and some disadvantages of the services which are demanded from the outside, these implications are developing rapidly and it has a significant application area. In time, deficiencies and disadvantages of these implications will disappear by the associated with both legal alterations and proliferation of the implications.
