Abstract (EN)

Beliefs which have been continuing since the existence of human beings have changed over time and the concept of spirituality has come to the forefront recently in a more individual point of view. Although the concept of spirituality perceived inside of the concept of religion, these concepts have expressed as different concepts. In the study, spirituality is thought in one side while psychological capital, which has gained rapid momentum in the 2000s and which stands out in the field of positive psychology, is emphasized on the other hand. Being separated from other types of capital, psychological capital has an importance in raising the value of the business. When the differences in the working environment of the employees composed by hope, optimism, self-sufficiency and psychological resilience as subdimensions of the psychological capital are taken into consideration, the effect of workplace spirituality on these factors is a subject wondered about. In this study, a "questionnaire" was carried out with the employees of the Gürmen Group Ramsey Textile Plant located in Kastamonu province. Firstly, the literature about the concepts was examined and data gathered from questionnaires were analyzed and hypotheses of the research were proved to be correct. In addition, expressing the concepts of spirituality and psychological capital together it is aimed to brought a different perspective in the literature.
