Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, one of the most important values of a work environment that a company provides for their employees is taking care of the employee and makes the environment reliable and comfortable emotionally. On the other hand, Organizations are facing a serious problem named mobbing which is a serious threat to physiological health of the employees. Mobbing is a phenomenon that is based on hostile and unethical communication which is directed in a systematic manner by one or a few individual towards one individual. Mobbing is any kind of bullying behaviors and psychological terror that may result in resignation or psychological and physical health disorder for the person who is subject to. Those behaviors were defined as mobbing by Heinz Leymann who is German business psychologist at the end of 1980s. Mobbing in workplace is a concept which is referred frequently by the specialist working on organizational psychology. Mobbing is tantamount to harassment, bullying, posing, terrorize and it may cause several problems such as organizational conflict, lack of productivity and declines in motivation at the same time. The aim of this study is to examine how a bullied individual to react against sample event how to handle the situation. In this study the case study method is employed and the evidences are explained with the analyses. Key Words: Mobbing, Psychological terror, Bullying, Hospital, Sample case
