Overview of the personnel organization in fire departments

Local services, which appear in parallel with the development and growth of cities, are becoming more and more complex and diversifying their actors and policies. It is of great importance to discuss the transformation of local services and where the direction of this transformation is changing in our cities, which are witnessed by the processes of globalization and capitalism's reproduction. The traces of this testimony can be caught in the way in which garbage, transportation, sewage, emergency aid and fire services are provided, which are an indispensable part of the daily life of the citizens. Setting out from the transformation of fire services, which are of vital importance, will provide an efficient ground for multi-dimensional discussion of the governance issue in local service delivery. Studies on the functioning of the fire service, which is an indispensable service area for the residents of the city, remain rather sterile. With this study, both the international and our country's fire brigades were handled and due diligence was made in terms of fire service history and personnel qualifications, equipment and training services.
