Abstract (EN)
THE EFFECTS OF MALE FACTOR INTENSITY IN IVF TREATMENTS INTRODUCTION AND AİM: In our study; We aimed to compare the effects on IVF success of our patients who are oligospermic with a sperm count of 15 million/ml, normospermic within the normal criteria, who cannot obtain sperm in their ejaculate (azoospermia), but whose sperm were obtained by TESE. In addition, while investigating patients; pregnancy results were evaluated together with important parameters such as fertilization and embryo development of the patient group. MATERIALS VE METHODS: For this purpose, we conducted a retrospective study using the patient files at Sakarya University Training And Research Hospital, Infertility Center. While investigating patients with male factor indication among our couples who came to the center due to inability to have children, pregnancy results were evaluated together with important parameters such as fertilization and embryo development of the patient group. While making the comparison, parameters such as the age, indication status and pregnancy outcome of the female and male patients were examined and the patient data were evaluated statistically. In our study, total oocyte counts, MII oocyte counts, fertilized eggs, fifth Grade 1 embryo counts and preg,nancy rates were evaluated to compare the groups. RESULTS: There was no statistical difference between the total oocyte and MII oocyte event collected in ICSI two groups with aged sperm from patients from two different male infertility patients. Fertilized oocyte stolen, good quality embryo sample on the 5th day Normozoospermia class differed. Depending on our male factor, 13.04% and Normozoospermia were used in the staff working in infertile couples. According to the comparisons made between the three groups, there are differences in meaning as objects. No difference was found between Normozoospermia and similarigozoospermia in pairwise comparisons between the groups. However, Normozoospermia and Oligozoospermia group are the observations of a team whose two groups are higher with TESE training in pairwise comparisons of the TESE group. CONCLUSION: In this retrospective study, which was conducted to investigate the effects of male indication on IVF success, statistically significant differences were found between the groups in pregnancy rates.
