Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of well-being on decision-making styles. In addition, it is aimed to determine the effect of well-being on intuitive decision making, as well as determining which decision-making styles of individuals use rational and intuitive decision-making methods in the decision-making process. Within the scope of the findings obtained from the research, a low-level significant relationship was found between the sub-dimensions of well-being, the purpose of life and the decision-making variable. Although it is seen that the life purpose dimension explains 4% of the total variance regarding intuitive decision making; It was seen that the dimensions of life purpose and environmental dominance explained 5.7% of the total variance regarding decision making. While the life purpose has a positive and significant contribution to the model, the environmental dominance dimension has a negative and significant contribution. It was determined that the variables of age, gender and educational status were not a distinguishing factor according to well-being and sub-dimensions. It was determined that the life purpose sub-dimension showed a statistically significant difference according to the variable of seniority, while the personal development sub-dimension showed a statistically significant difference according to the marital status and duty variables. It has been determined that age, gender, educational status, marital status and task variables are not a distinguishing factor in terms of decision making. As a result of the analysis, a difference was found between the decision-making styles of the participants and their seniority.
